"I was disappointed there were no plates or cutlery in the room, but I guess that I got what I paid for. The heater was OK on the first day, but it wouldn’t operate on the second day. Otherwise the room was fine and the shower was great. "

"Fantastic place to stay. Lots of room, comfy sofas and beds. Kitchen fully equiped, so could easily stay for a week, cook full meals etc. Hot hot water and fantastic water pressure. Loved having a fire place, but the house is very warm even without it. We had a great time, loved the house and loved Ohakune - biking, walking, eating out and a great op shop too!"

"The only thing i would change would be the cleanliness of the kitchen . I would give the kitchen a 1&half star for that. It did have lots of utensils and pots and pans ect . If i didn't need to us the kitchen i would stay again "

"The chalet was very nice, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the in-room washer and dryer! Note* the dryer does get VERY hot on cotton/regular mode. We tried out the hot tubs too-very nice! "
