What bothered my husband & me was the hotel wanted to charge for everything. We were charged extra to use the safe in the room! They wanted to charge us to get a new pool towel each day! They expect you to use the same wet, sweaty towel the next day or get charged for a new one. They charge you 20 euro to get 2 chairs & an umbrella on the beach! I could go on & on.

However, it turned out to be one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays during our 2 week trip around Sicily. The property is in a beautifully maintained historical family Palazzo.
