"We had an excellent time. The communication prior to trip was great with prompt responses. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and in a great location. Yusuf and his team looked after us very well, with helpful recommendations for things to do, places to go and foods to try. At the same time, there was no hard sell for any of their trips or to book with companies they are affiliated with. Would definitely book to stay here again next time I’m in Marrakech."

"Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. "The hosts were very helpful, especially when giving advice on sights to see and how to get taxis. Trips could also be arranged through them. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard and the breakfast every morning was very tasty! Very convenient location too. "

"The Riad is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. All the staff is absolutely lovely and will go out of their way to help you. They have staff present 24 hours. The breakfast was large and delicious. They even packed us a to go breakfast to take on an all day tour. The location is also great, just minutes walking to all the souks. It does take a couple meandering paths to get to it, but don’t let that scare you off."
