"All the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Very quiet but close to everything you’ll need. Breakfast had good choices. The first morning I had a bahn mi and next day I had American breakfast. They both were good! We stayed as a family with children. We all had a great time and would recommend Piano hotel to our family and friends if they ever plan to visit Ho Chi Minh. "

"I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of amenities (fruit, drinks). Definitely staying again.
I was too busy to use the gym, as it closes at 8 pm. Perhaps leaving it open a bit later would be nice. (24 hour would be great), please consider it. Also the handle of the shower falls off, not a big problem as you can still use it, but please fix it."
"The hotel facilities and hospitalities were excellent.
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that it advertised that it has an onsite tennis court.
Unfortunately, tennis court was recently leased to external company and they had converted into pickleball courts. Which was a downside for me."
"We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot.
We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting.
Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond!
Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!"
