"We were in Granbury for a family wedding and the house couldn't have been more perfect for our stay! It was clean and beautiful and our hostess was readily available for all our questions and needs. There was plenty of room and the layout was obviously well-planned. We weren't able to use the beautiful outdoor area due to weather but enjoyed lots of fun family memories indoors. We needed a place to stay that was close to Tarleton State University so we could attended several music recitals/concerts my son was participating in. Pefect place to "kill" time between concerts. We caught several large catfish right off the back dock. Property was exactly as advertised and more. If we need a place to stay again in the area we will definitely stay here!"

"We were looking for a place to host 7 friends from high school. The place was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Large living area inside and wonderful deck in the backyard. Great spot on the Brazos with nice view. Very clean, great beds and showers. Ice machine in the kitchen was very convenient. Will definitely go back in the summer so partake in river activities. 2 story boat house very nice."

"The house was wonderfully located. It was large and spacious. The kids were able to play in one room, while the adults looked were in another living space reading books. The two outdoor porches were inviting. We had coffee every morning on the porch and ate our meals there again while looking at the lake. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. "The house was beautiful. The cleaning crew could do a little better. There were a few spiders inside that had been there for a while. I rated the neighborhood lower because the morning we checked out we had to deal with 2 loose dogs that were not friendly. We loved the house and very much enjoyed our stay. "We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."
