From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel safe, cared for, and genuinely pampered. Special thanks to Raza, my driver, who anticipated every need, made sure my to-do list for Udaipur was fully taken care of, and even connected me with specialised, wholesale vendors for souvenir shopping so I got the best pieces at the best prices. Kuldeep at the salon gave me a wonderfully relaxing, professional experience. And Leiyla, my butler, made the stay feel truly special, attentive to every detail throughout. The team ensured I tried authentic Udaipur specialities, arranged knowledgeable guides for the monuments, and even coordinated a VIP darshan with a pandit ji at Shrinathji Temple. The folk music and dance performances were absolutely breathtaking, and the pottery session and lakh bangle making added such a special, personal touch to the trip. The breakfast and dinner spreads were exceptional every single day. This wasn't just a hotel stay — it was a beautifully curated experience. "Room has lots of dust. Need to clean carpets and bed frames. Lots of dust in vertical frames. Towels and napkins missing. Room occupancy for three but third person has bench type. Need to provide clean amenities and other facilities. We book 5 rooms for large group everyone was scattered even though opposite rooms are empty."

The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend the resort to others."

"This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. However the hotel does seem to attract quite annoying guests, the north Indian middle classes who are crude in their behaviours. They are rude to the staff, loud, the restaurant is treated like a roadside dhabba, they are in the pool fully clothed with grown adults throwing around frizzbies like it’s a children’s water park. The team were extremely patient and accommodating and did their utmost to provide an excellent service. Just the clientele that let it down."
