"Stayed one night for a family wedding. Mixed experience. Overall a lovely hotel and pleasant staff. But they desperately need air con in the bedrooms. Stayed in a deluxe family room. Whilst I appreciate it was extremely warm weather just one fan in a large family room cannot compensate for not having air con. The windows don’t open far due to being on first floor so next to useless especially with the thick blackout curtains closed. Also no fridge in the room which you’d expect with a 4* resort....
