We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! Gorgeous, apart from the 3 days the next door apartment had scaffolding across the view that we weren’t warned about (the people downstairs knew). "The view without doubt is the obvious selling point. With this being an apartment you need to be aware that if all apartments occupied privacy is affected. We were lucky in that it was empty bar us. There are some elements which need tlc ie sun loungers were in need of replacement and some bulbs need replacing.throughout the property. The area is lovely for beach and walks, and very relaxing. "The property was totally as described, very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. It's perfectly placed for an easy 5min stroll into the beautiful centre of Looe. The outside space was lovely. Coffee at the table in the morning was so peaceful and the smell from the honeysuckle of an evening was amazing!
