"Great location. Really clean and new. Everything you need for your stay including kitchen goodies and seasoning, shampoo, etc. Great internet. perfect instruction. Three adult bedrooms and one bunk bed room for kiddos. All the supplies you need for babies. It was just the two of us so we did not utilize most of the space."

"The condo was very nicely decorated with a fishing theme and well stocked with all the essential items, linens, towels etc. Kitchen was well stocked too. We had an excellent time and it worked well for us. We would have given it a 5 stars but had issues with the sulphur smell coming from the hot water tank and hot water discoloration the first night but once we cycled through the hot water tank 3x’s by the next morning things were working well. One last concern was the road noise. We liked the to open the windows at night to let the cool breeze in after warm daytime temperatures however the noise highway traffic noise was louder than desired. There’s a bit of a work around to that issue with the fans provided. All things considered the place was very nice and would recommend it and would stay there again."

"Very nice remodel. Property was in great condition and nicely decorated. Fishing passes are essential, and it is surprising that there are still properties for rent that don't offer them. Being that this property was pet friendly, we will definitely look here each time we book our stays at the Ranch."

"Home is excellent and for that area it was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fully fenced back yard for our dog. Every thing worked great. King size bed in the master was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this property."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The view is amazing, and we loved watching the ducks, geese, and swan in the pond out back. It’s also perfectly centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We went to Iron Mountain Springs in Glenwood, Maroon Bells, wineries in Paonia, and shopping in Aspen. I highly recommend this property!"

"We loved our stay!!! The condo was on a pond and there are river trails to hike on. It was so nice watching the wildlife on pond in the mornings from back patio. Beds are very comfy, kitchen fully stocked. We will be back!"
