"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"Fascinating site, beautiful nature. Once obviously a well designed location, now somehow run down. Several things in the house and the surrounding are lft behind and broken.Its better to bring with you all you need in case you won't drive the car too often. The accsess takes time and needs a careful driver Communication with agency was always very prompt. Bring toilett paper, dish towels and soap with you....kitchen is small for more than 6 people in case you like to cook not only pasta. I...

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

"A wonderful property, submerged in beautiful natural surroundings, the flora and fauna were fantastic. Our whole family were delighted by the swifts, starlings and kestrels nesting at the property, my parents described the place as simply magical. Wonderful location for my Father's 80th birthday celebrations, John and Sabine are welcoming and warm hosts. We all felt very relaxed in this comfortable, spacious home. "Très belle découverte pour nous en Ombrie. La maison dans une ancienne abbaye est très bien placée, avec une belle piscine. Maximiliano et son fils Adamo sont extrêmement prévenants. Seule ombre : la fermeture de la piscine avant la fin de la location et ainsi que le rangement de la table de jardin."
