"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. "This is a wonderful property, very family friendly in a beautiful setting. Paula is a wonderful host and not only had nice things waiting for us when we arrived, but she also was accommodating in heavy snowfall. We are absolutely going to come back to this charming, beautiful, cottage in a gorgeous part of the highlands. What a gem!"
