"We visited for a 2 night stay in mid November. This is a lovely property and very cosy for a barn conversion. We found every thing we needed for our stay and the internal lay out was ideal for our party. The local area is very pretty and there are plenty of attractions close by. We would definitely visit again."

"The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"Beautiful property, very nice renovation so there is a very modern kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen very well appointed with espresso machine and modern appliances. Nice touch to have a few coffee pods, tea bags, crisps and cookies in a welcome pack. Loved the walk in shower. "

"Seven of us age range 6-75 stayed at Gardners Cottage during New Year week. On arrival welcomed by the warmth of the property in the afternoon of the last day of the year. And welcomed even more by the Christmas tree beautifully lit in the dining room.Other lovely festive decorations( including mistletoe ) were still there in the hallway and lounge.The lounge very comfortable but may have benefitted by another light in the winter afternoon and evenings. "I was working in the area and needed somewhere with a gym and pool. Found this gem and I wasn't disappointed. The gym was great for a hotel and the pool area was amazing. Everything here that was needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and food were superb and again the staff were great. Couldn't fault this place for a first visit. I will return."
