Property is super good staff in the hotel so professional , just one thing the driver of the shuttle bus from airport to hotel is rude , i knew the bus has a white color when i told him is this going to NH hotel he was like ah no no there is another bus .. i felt he has something to do unfortunately he had to work , i was about to miss that bus because of him while i was travelling all night with 5 years kid landed 5 am Frankfurt.. the bus was scheduled at 6:15 he left 6 :13 hope there was no...

Hotel itself is extremely clean modern and updated. Sometimes there was no staff on hand when we needed help but it wasn’t a big issue. However, I did feel a little unsafe coming home late at night. The next morning, however during the day, everything was fine.

The staff was very helpful, despite the fact that my German language skills basically suck. Thank god this isn't the case with their English.

Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. I enjoyed staying at Staycity. loved the mini kitchen.The room was nice felt welcoming. great shower. neighborhood right around the corner was a grocery store and I pasted several great looking restaurants only a very short distance away. it also was very quite which is important for me. close to the Airport and the shuttle was on time. will use this hotel again next time.

We were quick in and out and really just needed comfortable beds, a cool room, showers and breakfast. All of these were wonderful. It’s in a cute neighborhood close to the river promenade/bikepath. Great dining within walking distance. Excellent beds, room temp, and stylish amenities. Loved the design. It being Mainz, birthplace of printing press the hotel decor references that in multiple subtle and stylish ways. Very cool hotel.

Good location, good breakfast and very kind staff. Good place to stay for a short trips. No restaurant is only my complaint. Very good sauna and gym.

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

My family and I enjoyed in this modern hotel close to a shopping mall and supermarket. Many restaurants options around if you do not want to drive. If anything, I would say it is not in the downtown..

Nice place. Right next to grocery store. Walking distance to many awesome things. Comfortable bed, clean linens, excellent breakfast.
