The staff are friendly, professional and helpful! The room was excellent and the food at the hotel was outstanding especially the green curry Thai chicken. Good value and one of the better hotels that I have ever stayed in! Thank you Rawai Princess for making my holiday one of my best experiences ever!

Good size, well equipped rooms

Rooms spacious and well equipped. Air conditioning rather noisy but the upside is it helps to drown out some of the traffic noise. The roof top pool is quiet and a good place to relax at the end of the day. The day staff are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the same can't be said for the night porters who were both asleep on the reception sofas when we went to check out, on being disturbed they were extremely offhand and spent fifteen minutes checking our room, slamming every draw and door, (at 3am) throwing towels etc on the floor and generally making us feel extremely uncomfortable. There are a few decent places to eat locally and the bus runs directly past the hotel if you want to go further afield, although they are a bit hit and miss.

Greit hotell for pengene

Ligger midt i mellom Rawai og Chalong. Ingen badestrand i gåavstand, men taket fungerer greit. Madrassene til solsengene må spørres etter, samme med parasoll. Baren på takterrassen var ikke åpen eller i bruk. Frokosten var helt ok, men ingen stor opplevelse. Renhold var fantastisk(han som vasket vårt rom var nøye og fikset de små detaljene) og personalet var hyggelig. Anbefaler å leie scooter om man bor her, da det blir mye vandring eller bruk av taxi. Hotellet blir mest brukt for gruppereiser som overnatter en natt før de reiser videre. Internett var gratis, men var veldig uforutsigbart.

We were very disapointed by the Hotel Quality. For this price we have expected something with a better style, view, facilities and food. Indeed the all stay was not what we have expected for this price. We strongly advised no to book this hotel if you are looking for a typical stay in south Phuket.

Rawai not near the beach need own transport

Lovely clean room and pool on top of building, you need your own transport (bike) at the mercy of taxis as it is a far distance from any Beach, but good view of the bay. The hotel caters for Chinese bus tours. But if you would like it quiet for a couple of days and I stress have your own transport is a nice stay.
