Service was top notch. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Almost everything is made in-house or sourced locally including bread,pastry, sugar cane, honey etc. They even made their own cold-drip coffee. I had to leave early on the day of check-out and the lovely staff packed a nice box of takeaway breakfast complete with coffee so that I don't go hungry on the way to the airport. Really really nice vacation with the best service ever

Great hotel, the food is so good, a good mix of Thai and western foods for both breakfast and dinner. The ice cream is also worth a mention, some of the best I’ve eaten. All the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you.

We had such an amazing stay at the Nai Harn for our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was amazing. The staff was so sweet and the food was really good!!! The hotel is kind of secluded from the rest of the craziness, which we wanted and liked. You have the beach 10 steps away from the hotel and it’s beautiful and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. The restaurants were fantastic, the free breakfast was 12/10. The room and terrace couldn't have been better. We loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Phuket.
