Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

"The workers, servers and everyone. We would like to highlight, ANDRE, Asani, Too short, Super Fresh and so many others. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. There were construction going on but we do understand upgrades and repairs has to happen due to Melissa. The food was excellent and the activities during the day and evenings kept us entertained. This review is for 6 of us that stayed there we had 3 rooms. 5 stars"

"If you like big resorts, this might be the one for you. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has a nice pool/lagoon and a beautiful beach. There is also a good variety of food. However, the service was disappointing and understaffed. The check-in process took way too long, and getting to and from the rooms took a lot of time. The resort is very large, so there is a lot of walking, and when you call for a ride, the wait can be quite long. Breakfast was another issue. Most mornings, we waited at least 20 minutes for coffee. Sometimes I would finish eating before the coffee was even served. There is also very little convenience outside the resort, so you need to take a taxi to get around town. The resort has several restaurants, but it was difficult to get a reservation, so we ended up eating at the buffet every day. Overall, this is a beautiful resort, but be prepared for large crowds, lots of walking, long waits, and inconsistent service. If you prefer smaller, quieter resorts with more personalized service, this may not be the best choice."

"I liked housekeeping and most dislike was misrepresented room amenities on the web site. No rollaway available and when we asked for more pillows and bedding for pullout we only received part of what we asked for a full day later. Pullout was permanent out and had alot to be desired."
