"We came here to celebrate my 42nd birthday. First time at the Frio river. We absolutely loved everything! Great view, beautiful pool and cold ac. We had a great time. We'll definitely be back, thank you!"

"The cabin is nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds are comfortable. The patio off the cabin is nice with a grill and fire pit and lights at night if you want them. The property is peaceful and relaxing and has a pool. Our host was great and even delivered firewood to our cabin so we could roast marshmallows. We enjoyed the swings and watching deer. We were there to float the river and liked that it’s only 10 minutes to Garner state park. Recommend!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting from escapia was so much better than renting from Vrbo or Expedia if we had an issue. We instantly got a response. We didn’t have to submit online info or waited numerous hours on the phone . The house was up kept and maintainable . We completely enjoyed our stay ❤️"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. The pool had an awesome layout. Checking in was very smooth, no problems. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved it and we will be returning again."

"Wonderful stay, beautiful space, close to everything, very clean and cozy. This is a duplex, so you will have neighbors to share your porch. Not a big deal for us, we had the best neighbors but thought I would mention. Loved watching the hummingbirds off of the front porch, so beautiful."
