Not what you see in the photo

The check in was easy, we had arrived late and they worked it out. I was very upset when I saw the room. It was very dirty , with mold in the walls, refrigerator with problems and had mold out. The linens and towels were clean. I talked with them and they move us for other studio a little better. Clean at least. I don’t recommend at all. The bed was very uncomfortable!!!

Péssimo lugar

Tive que cancelar a estadia pq quando cheguei no local com a minha família o lugar estava fedendo a mofo, no anúncio dizia q havia estacionamento e não tem (acabei rasgando o pneu do carro pq onde ia estacionar na rua estava cheia de vergalhão), o apartamento estava todo caindo aos pedaços e quando fui comprar uma água no bar ao lado o moço disse pra eu não ficar “dando bobeira” pq o lugar era super perigoso.

Passei pelo Flat no ultimo mês e só posso dizer que fiquei satisfeito com tudo. o valor foi compatível com o que eu podia gastar, o atendimento foi excelente, inclusive me ajudaram e localizar alguns comércios ao redor. e de noite não ouvia nenhum barulho, podendo dormir tranquilamente.
