Eu e minha esposa chegamos na data do dia 27/05/26 às 18:30. Fomos recepcionados muito bem, ficamos junto ao quarto 428. Pontos negativos - quarto - sem toalhas de banho. - descemos para jantar, funcionários despreparados, mal atendimento, - funcionária da cozinha nos trouxe o prato na mão, ( sem bandeja). - prato pedido ( penne aos quatro queijos), prato este que não se acrescenta frango. - café da manhã do dia 28/05 , com muita conversa alta e gargalhadas junto aos funcionários, incomodando a todos no café da manhã. - já nos dias 29/05, 30/05 e 31/05 equipe em silêncio, devido a presença da gerência. - quarto sem frigobar, onde tínhamos que descer para tomar uma água gelada, sem serviço de quarto, sem comanda. - noite do dia 30/05 para 31/05 equipamento de papel higiênico caindo. - ar condicionado pingando água no quarto - ➡️ NOTA 10 PARA EQUIPE DE CAMAREIRAS, TODAS COMPETENTES, PORÉM SOBRECARREGADAS. - climatização dos andares em 29/05 e 30/05 , estava desligada, deixando desagradável. - café da manhã: pão francês duro, pão de leite duro ( parecendo ser de dias anteriores). - pão de queijo eram placas, sem condição de retirar um a um. ➡️ Café da manhã ➡️ NÃO DEVERIA SER FOCADO APENAS EM PRATOS REGIONAIS, TIPO INHAME, MACAXEIRA, CUSCUZ, PRATOS ESTE QUE NEM TODOS CONSOMEM. - AVALIAÇÃO FINAL, MÉDIA 03. - SE VOLTARÍAMOS? Precise de um urgencia o hotel não tinha interfone no quarto e não tinha ninguem que pudesse ir até o quarto. ISSO FOI COMPLETAMENTE ABSURDO UMA FALTA TAMANHA DE SENSIBILIDADE UMA VERDADEIRA OMISSÃO. Ou seja, não passe mal. Se passar mal vai morrer no quarto.
