"I’m not sure why the yelp and Google ratings were so high. I thought it was a good deal for the price and the inside of the room looked good but the AC unit had a funky smell and the shower pressure was like literally just drip drip drip, and there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, but besides that it was great."

"Room was clean, breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful always cleaning and making sure food was filled, front desk clerk was not so helpful (male) shuttle bus was not on time luckily i planned to wake up early (every half hour) we were there at 620am and was told the next bus would be available at 7. Laundry facility washers were working but dryer was not producing hot air."

"The manager was amazing and so was Daya but the others were awful. The 2nd night we were there the emergency alarm went off and we went down 13 flights of stairs with 2 children to find out the system was broken and they were "trying" to fix it. There was no notifications, no one apologizing nothing. Went off 6 more times in a 2 day period. No idea if there would ever be a real emergency. Plus woke us up twice with small children. Like i said manager is great but everything else was a nightmare"

"Super cute house with a surprisingly spacious feel. We enjoyed being able to walk to get good coffee and pastries (we loved Colossus!), the outdoor areas, and all the extras available for our use. We rode bikes to check out the beaches further down because the beach nearest to the house is a dog beach, which is cute to check out, but we didn't want to hang out there all day. Brad was very responsive and the house is well labeled with instructions, and expectations they have for you as a guest. Just to tell a little bit about the vibe of the interior; there were a lot of beach signs, decor and fake flowers. The larger bedroom had a very squishy mattress topper and all the beds had polyester sheets. Overall we were happy with the stay and enjoyed having a few chill days after being on the go earlier in the week. "

"Lady that put out the breakfast was friendly and worked hard to get things set up. Gentleman behind the desk at check-in was extremely unfriendly. Parking was easy and comfortable. Room was clean."

"The house is super cute. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned for our trip. The check-in was flawless and the host's email were very helpful.The house was just the right size for our family of four with plenty of space to relax in. The adjoining outdoor space was neat and sun-filled.While we didn't need it, the TV was not connected to any service, a streaming device or a simple HD antenna would have been nice.The kitchen had everything you need to warm up leftovers, microwave, pots and pans, ect.We would definitely consider staying again if our plans require a location in Long Beach."
