"The room was awesome. The downsides were the amount of stairs. There were golf cart shuttles but getting one when needed was timely. When you did see one you had to jump out of the way or risk getting hit. They drive like it’s a NASCAR track. Out of the many times we did eat at restaurant there was only one server that paid any attention to us. The rest sat us took order and gave check. No refills no how is everything. Did not care."

"Check in was not scheduled until 4:30 pm, but not mentioned until confirmation of reservation. I arrived at Noon. Even tho checkout is at 11 am, not one room was made available until 3:30pm. There must have been a clean room before that! Otherwise, the accommodations were as to be expected, and all personnel were lovely to deal with. "

"Wonderful hotel. Be prepared to take a taxi everywhere you want to go. You can use the sister hotel Buoy House next door. the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spectacular and so was the view. I loved the infinity pool. "

"I’ve been to the island numerous times but for some reason hadn’t came across Crystal Cove.. With nicely as the location is, how the place is structured & friendly and helpful as the staff is, I will definitely stay again if not make this my go to stay on every St. Thomas visit"

"Kathie was wonderful to deal with from the moment we booked until the time we sadly checked out. She was immediately responsive to all of our questions. The unit was clean upon arrival and had even more amenities than we we aware of. The bed was very comfortable. And the location is incredible. St Thomas is truly beautiful. The Beach Bar and Beach Buzz breakfast shop were great. We also had dinner at Sea Salt. It was also very good, but a little pricey. We would definitely recommend, and will probably return again. "Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful."

"The condo was just as described—phenomenal view, nicely appointed, clean and having the beach equipment was a huge plus! Sapphire Beach is a great area—beautiful beach & fun restaurants very close by. Sudi’s restaurant is on site & food everywhere was excellent."

"Came in from Vermont for 8 days. First time to St .thomas.This place was everything exactly as advertised. It is such a perfect spot there were 3 different weddings on the beach out in front. During our week. That’s how beautiful it is. Snorkeling was just feet away and it was amazing everyday.David was great. Already looking to book next year and it’s filling up. Going to be hard.Perfect spot!"
