"Right after checking in, we noticed that the side entrance door was “open” and would not close or secure safely. When it was brought up to the attention of the desk clerk she mentioned that it was not operational and that “they” were aware of it. (The security of patrons should always be the number one and top priority of any hotel)."

"Dirty- bugs on floor and window sill One light : directly over the bed very dim. Window was unsecure: it was popping out of the frame. Bed made a sound like an "oil can" when you sat on it. Too tired to move."

"It was very clean. Had a great time except sleeping as I took my daughter and I with 2 of my grandkids for mother's day.I booked & pd for the deluxe suite (had more sleeping options) on West side upon arrival to find out the hotel "didn't" have my reservation, I was put in a different suite w just 2 beds , still was charged for the nicer suite I didn't get. Needless to say I hardly got sleep due to being kicked throughout the night by a 6 yr old. My daughter had to share her bed with a 3 year old. Tried to soak in tub in room, was not enough hot water to fill tub. I did have a great time in the gaming section."

"Overall this was a fantastic property and the first time we’ve ever thought we’d like to come back and stay here again. The view behind the house and patio is amazing. We loved playing at the river steps away from the patio. The only thing I’d say is if you plan to stay here is to bring your own disposables such as toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels."
