"The place was exactly as pictured. The communication with the host was easy and they quickly answered any questions. The location in a beautiful country setting at the end of a county road so you do not have traffic passing by and there is even a locked gate on the driveway. We chose this location for no traffic and country setting because we entered into the Skeeter owners tournament on Lake Fork and I did not want to worry about things being messed with on the boat. "The air conditioning was ice cold, breakfast was good like any typical hotel bfast, the room cleaning crew was always ontop of it and there at the same time every day and the staff was wonderful. I will stay here again if I am in town. We were there for 6 nights."

"Good location by the lake. Room was clean and the owner was responsive when we had questions about the area. No cable TV (that we saw), so be prepared to bring entertainment for those quiet nights. Also, hot water was limited. Aside from those couple of items, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we are back in Texas."

"the only thing i didn't agree we asked for towels since they had not come into our room due to someone being ill that day inn the room, she asked for the trash and dirty towels but didn't replace them had to ask that night at desk for clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner containers in shower were empty, and the noise had construction going during the day, and at night they need to reinforce the quiet time to customers coming in late, had a team of young kids coming in on saturday night and it was 1 am they were screaming and laughing running down the hall 2nd floor and the adults with them allowing them to be that noisy.."
