"Staff is excellent. Very friendly, professional and attentive. Hotel is kept very clean in all areas, most importantly, the room was spotless. Breakfast options were good. Smaller facility, but very convinient with easy access to airport, 12 minutes to downtown and COTA (Free parking). Thank you staff for a good experience. "

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and confortable. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel. My wife and I went to the bar last night and waited at the bar while the bartender and another worker looked straight at us several times and never said a word. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes. Customer service is so important. Just acknowledging us would have worked"

"Arrived late & tired , very pleasant and efficient staff helped enormously! Comfortable room ++ Further from the airport than we had expected, 15min cab drive was $50 , cos we were too tired to sort out an uber . Similar journey into downtown Austin , cost $16 the next day with Uber ! "
