"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and confortable. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel. My wife and I went to the bar last night and waited at the bar while the bartender and another worker looked straight at us several times and never said a word. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes. Customer service is so important. Just acknowledging us would have worked"

"Very nice breakfast and coffee selection . Need to be open earlier than 7am. 6:30 everything should be getting ready to be in place or options for early risers. Having to wait or eat elsewhere at this fine establishment shouldn’t be an option. "
