"There was absolutely no communication between the hosts and myself - I had emailed and messaged them about the details of the itinerary and how to go about entering the property upon arrival. No messages were sent back to me. Reason for visit was because of a family wedding. On the day of arrival, I tried to ring and email, and the phone number provided was not working, and they still hadn't contacted me about the arrival.
