"When I booked room I asked for a walkin shower. Upon arrival to room I noticed no walkin shower. I called front desk and someone called me back and found me a room with walkin shower. By that time I had already unpacked and was not about to pack up again to move. So I refused the room. I am very glad they tried to help me and not just blow me off like your other hotel in Oxnard did. Kudos to your staff."

"Although I did not get much time to enjoy the hotel, the pool looked exceptional. A map of the hotel and various points to enter Ovation would be nice. verbal directs was hard to follow."

"We stayed here for a week for vacation and loved it! The pool was nice and opened late so we could swim after the parks. The staff were great and very friendly each time we walked through the doors. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again."
