"It is a very grand hotel and we loved our big king room, overlooking the racecourse! We dinned in the restaurant, with the food being lovely! Fairly priced, good portions, and range of food on the menu! The hotel needs patronage - it is a diamond amongst many hotels to choose from. We will stay there again!"

"Perfect for families! We are super impressed staying at this little apartment. It was perfect for our families needs, very clean and tidy, the host was lovely and welcoming. It was spacious and had a great layout and it was so warm when we checked in, with extra heaters/cooling fans. The main living had a king single and a double pull out sofa bed. It has a well equipped kitchen. Then off the kitchen through the door is a mini hallway with closet space, iron and hair dryer + the bathroom. The bathroom had a heated toilet seat, shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, very hot water and great water pressure. Back into the closet area through another door is a queen bedroom and the spa area. I love that you have two doors to close off from the kitchen living area for those watching TV. It also has a communal laundry area on site. The spa was great way to rest after walking and taking in the sites. We normally stay at the Pullman or Millennium, but needed a different amenities and the apartment was more suitable with the kids to come and go. It was also very quiet considering it was fully occupied, we didn’t hear any of the guests."

"It was great place for family trip in Rotorua, very close to redwoods. The host is very nice to turn on heat pump before we arrive so that we can settle in straightaway. Recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Redwoods Edge! The house was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. Our trip was over winter, but the house was always warm with heaters in each room and a cosy fireplace in the living room. The spa pool was also a major highlight each evening, helping unwind after a day of activities. We really enjoyed being right next to the Redwoods and being able to take a short walk to explore the forest. Finally, the host was very responsive and answered any questions we had before and during our trip. We highly recommend this batch, and we're keen to return for a future holiday."
