"The room was clean. The plumbing in the shower needs work. The room did not smell good. Motel staff kindly came up and sprayed room which seemed to eliminate odor. "

"This hotel was disgustingly gross! The sheets was dirty, luckily I had brought my own pillow and a blanket otherwise I would have probably slept on the chair. The tub was old, out dated and dirty, the refrigerator had mold in it, the furniture was dusty, old and disgusting. The carpet outside the hotel was dirty, some trash on the carpet. The very first thing I checked for was bed bugs? Withe the condition of this hotel I was surprised I did see any. Please DO NOT BOOK at this hotel! It literally needs to be out of business. I wish I could give it a zero! Oh on last thing there was no electric outlet to charge your phone!!! "

"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"

"Reservations and check in were easy and simple. Gail was quick to answer all our questions. Home was clean and well stocked. Nice size yard if you bring your dog. Area had many store and restaurants to choose from. Grocery store is within walking distance. Definitely will book again when we return to Tulsa. "
