I just needed to relax. Had to book me a massage somewhere else..told front desk. A couple more people came out to enjoy it and was very upset. That was the whole reason they booked that hotel for the jacuzzi. Hopefully it gets fixed because the stay was Amazing besides that 1 thing..."
