"It was confusing. This was sold to me as a hotel when in fact it's just apartments. There is no concierge, unless you have a problem in which someone from the other Hotel will come across. There is a kitchen area on site which is self service and from the looks of It is kept clean and tidy. There is parking but you have to pay for it at 18chf a night. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There isn't a kettle or ironing board."
