Great place, hope to be back

Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms fantastic and quiet.

I'll be traveling to Heerbrugg on business regularly after this trip. Most colleagues stay in Dornbirn across the border, but they were all sold out. Found this place and was on the St. Gallan to Heerbrugg rail line so I gave it a try. Amazing. Better cost value than the Sheraton Four Points in Austria. True castle with all modern room amenities. Honor system for helping myself to a bier after desk closed. So unbelievably quiet inside during the night time. Fabulous restaurant. Beautiful...

Best hotel I stayed at in Switzerland by a landslide. Conveniently located close to town, amazing amenities and service from staff. Everybody was kind and helpful. Meals at the restaurant were DELICIOUS. A/C worked but rooms won’t cool below 72 degrees. Highly recommend. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi was wonderful. The gym was a proper gym, not a typical hotel gym. Gorgeous views of the lake from the restaurant.

Charming independent hotel. Pet-friendly and (for humans!) a tasty breakfast buffet is included. Our room was small but we had booked the cheaper option and it was only for one night, so it was perfect for us. Parking is free on-site. (Not to be assumed in Europe!) This does not pretend to be a luxury hotel. But it’s clean and tidy and excellent value for money.

We loved the locating, breakfast was good.

Clean and well maintained property

The terrace suite was spacious with awesome panoramic views. I appreciated the local travel pass to get around once we had time to explore after the Swiss Open. It was a superb spot for ease of access to the venue and food and sightseeing. The breakfast gave the opportunity try some local appetites.

Excellent location, five minute walk to the city center and main railway station.

Excellent luggage storage. Super close to the railway station. But extraordinarily quiet.

Excellent experience at this hotel, very quiet and many option for dining around

I love the smart hotel concept!

I arrived without a Swiss outlet compatible adapter. I enquired if they might know as to where I could purchase one, and the clerk supplied me with one until I could buy one the next morning. I also asked about suggestions for meals, sight-seeing, and general information, and was kindly helped during my stay. Being located just across from the Bahnhof and so close to the Cathedral, makes this hotel a perfect choice when staying in Skt. Gallen. Wonderful breakfast buffet options!

Great location, very walkable to nearby sites and restaurants. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Having a small kitchen and refrigerator were great amenities as well. Communication with staff was good as well. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great location. Quiet room Great AC Comfortable beds Delicious breakfast with wide variety of options Staff friendly and helpful especially Alfa at front desk.
