"Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. "We cannot say enough good things about The Hayden! First, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They truly make you feel that they love having you stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is amazing! Though the rooms are adjacent to the pub, you do not hear any noise. The pub food is excellent! The coffee is fantastic. The location is very convenient to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. It is a very short walk to Paddington Station and other Tube stations.Be sure to go to BEAM...

"Lovely staff, lovely room but total utter disaster of a stay!!! I’ve travelled ALOT! This has to be the worst room EVER!!!! What seemed like right on top of a karaoke bar! I had earplugs but you could still feel the base thumping through the floor until midnight! I may aswell have gone down stairs & tried to sleep on the dance floor!!!"
