"Generally always use Radisson. Good rates and rooms neat and clean. Had a problem with the TV. Staff corrected the problem quickly. Again cleanliness not an issue normally. This trip bathroom had left over hair from previous guest by the sink. Hence not the normal 5 star rating this time."

The real issue was the reception and checking in, I had to scan a QR code and register at reception, then the receptionist rudely asked me the same questions, I think he could have just read them off my passport that I handed to him in the first place. He then said I have to sleep in bed number 1, making me concerned I have booked a shared room... I was in a single room with one bed. Unneccessarily rude. I stayed in a few budget hotel brands this week and unfortunately this was the only one where I felt uncomfortable."
