"The location of the property is great close to everything. The building is a typical Dutch canal house complete with all it’s charms and quirks. The real difference is the host David who is a real pleasure and very kind. Also, unlike just about any other room I’ve stayed in, he makes a point to replenish anything in the room that has been used each day, from a coffee pod to waffles to fresh fruit. "Check in/out were easy and have room to keep bags. Hotel room was not very clean, not sure sheets were cleaned. Mattress for bed was beyond used - creator in the middle when you lay down. Pretty bare bones - not even an electric kettle to make hot water in the morning. If you are on a street side room you may want ear plugs to sleep as street noise comes in very easily. Personally I would not recommend staying here."
