"Not exactly the areaI would personally walk around at night but we walked in the day time and it was fine. Great river area nearby. Hotel property is older but very well maintained. Room was very clean yet didn't smell of cleaning products. (YAY) Heater/air conditioner worked great. Nice little shop inside. Staff at Reception was very helpful. Really appreciated the parking structure and it was kept secure at night. They loan you a garage door opener to open and close the gate. We will definitely be back."

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"Very convenient location in downtown Reno. It was walking distance to everything I needed. The staff were very helpful. The telephones in the room do not work. I was only trying to use the phone to call the front desk to get the wifi password which was not given at check-in. Clean and soundproof facility."
