"Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. Loved it!"

"We had an amazing time at the apartment. The pictures accurately depicted the place. Paolo provided clear directions from the train station, and it's just a short 5-minute walk. He warmly welcomed us at the apartment and gave us a tour. The wine and limoncello he gifted us were truly delightful. "We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"There were 59 stairs up to the property in a narrow staircase!! It was an effort to haul up our carryons ( good thing we didn’t have suitcases!!). The water pressure was so low that it was near impossible to get a shower!! If you flushed the toilet then no water would come out of shower. The air con was very good and the WiFi was excellent. But hugely overpriced!!!"

"The apartment has a local charisma. The location is great: in a middle of everything; however, very quiet in side of the apartment. "The studio apartment is in a beautiful location with stunning views. It was very clean, although not the terrace, and the extremely comfortable bed was made up, except for the pillows, and for some reason only one pillow case had been left out, so for the first night we had to cover one pillow with a towel. "We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"This is a lovely little apartment. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach...
