"This is my third stay at the Grand Nikko and the Grand Nikko could be a great hotel but it’s not quite there yet. The good: the staff were all great and very helpful, bed and bedding good and a good selection of amenities in the room. The less good: room could have been a bit cleaner - still some drink drips here and there and a bit of dirt around light switches / door handles and a few hairs in the shower. The love seat sofa in our room had seen better days and should be thrown out as it was heavily stained. Shower had no shelf for shampoo etc. The convenience store never had any sandwiches left whenever I visited at various times between 7.30am and 10.30am. Did not try any of the restaurants, but the layout of the buffet, cafe and full service a la carte restaurant could be improved to make more inviting. Overall though, the hotel is a solid choice for the price and is convenient for the Disney Parks."
