Very easy. Very clean..... Perfect rooms, enjoyed myself it this hotel, food great but the wine better if not pricey.

The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was perfect. Their restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious, a bit pricey, but worth every penny, steak being the best. We had a great meal and will def be back if we come back.

We loved this hotel! It was way more than we expected. The food was excellent & menu choices were great. The pub area was lively & fun. The owners & staff went above & beyond to accommodate our every need. The breakfast was outstanding & they have the best coffee. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The town is very well located & a short driving distance to many attractions in the area.

Very hard to locate. Full address was only available on receipt after booking, which was pointed out by local resident, upon asking directions. Street name is common name to a number of districts.

My wife and I had been on the road for 5 days and needed to do a load of laundry. The owner and staff were kind enough to do it for us at no charge. What a beautiful manor! We loved staying here. The manor sat on a secluded hill and provided just the experience we were looking for after long days with lots of people. The restaurant served delicious food. The staff was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—rich in history and full of character—and the gardens are simply breathtaking. Being able to walk down to the River Usk and wander for miles through the open fields was such a special experience. Spacious suite of rooms, decent breakfast. Location was OK, walk-able to Cardiff Bay.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean and well maintained. Good meals. Free parking. FYI --There was no refrigerator nor iron in the room.
