"Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room."

"Lots of space, handy microwave and fridge, comfortable beds, lovely to be able to step onto balcony for fresh air. Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?"

"We enjoyed our stay there, it was clean and very big apartment. The only issue we had it was the heat, there is no air conditioning or fan there , although it was 36 degrees that day. The second issue was the swimming pool, the kids went at its opening time 9am to enjoy it before we start our day, but it was filthy. "

"My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping...

"Getting in was difficult for me as my phone ate my sim and refused to give it back, so I didn't have a working phone. The code I had initially been given didn't work and I had no means to contact the company until I got a new sim. (Fortunately I carry a spare phone when abroad) Once this was sorted I got in and all was fine, although the wifi was very poor. The wifi sorted itself out after a couple of days and then was fine. I was helped a lot on the first day by a Romanian student who was...

"Great location and very well equipped apartment, always warm and lots of hot water. Good ski boot room and storage. Small but perfectly formed. However there was someone else’s facecloth in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, after stripping the beds at the end of the stay (as requested) the blue mattress cover under our sheets was quite stained & it wasn’t from us."
