The hotel met all our requirements: - Good, comfortable bedding; well-insulated bedroom - Good working & quiet aircond - Good breakfast - Convenient location, 3 train stops from Tokyo station - Good coin laundry (one of the largest coin laundries we've come across, it's almost the size of a commercial one) - Nice, clean bathroom - The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel - Helpful staff We will use this hotel again when in the area"
