"Terrific value stay. Plenty of towels, bath supplies, etc. Breakfast was plentiful and good for what this style is (buffet w egg potatoes, waffle irons, cereal, fruit), and the chef was very committed to quality and guest experience. Also had a very well stocked "convenience kitchen" kind of shop, with a great variety of snacks as well as personal items. Parking is reasonable for a downtown location."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you guys! We were there for the Jehovah's Witness international convention. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. We did self parking but the valet staff was wonderful at greeting us. The hotel lobby is beautiful and clean! The front desk staff was awesome, I don't remember the name of the young man that took care of us but he was pleasant and our check in was quick and easy. The elevator was cool and quick. Our room was clean and we had an awesome view. We were impressed with how quiet the hotel was considering how big it is. The only "complaint" I have and it's not really a complaint is the bathroom is pretty small, and there's no microwave in the room which would have been helpful with leftovers we had during our stay. But wasn't a deal breaker. I also really liked that you can text the front desk for items and we received them within mins of putting in the request. Loved having the Starbucks downstairs too. Overall our stay was awesome."

"All the Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed, from the front desk, cleaning staff, Kitchen and manager. Made us feel welcome. This breakfast was hard to beat at many hotels. The omelet's were made to order (and very good), the oatmeal was a little watery the first day but better the second, fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods, etc. All good. The pancakes were flat like a crepe but the french toast sticks and make your own waffles were good. All in all great breakfast for many people."
