If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.
Wonderful well maintained pool! Hours of enjoyment found here.
Perfect place to gather and enjoy watching the cars go through the car wash across the street. Or watch all the fire trucks and ambulances go by. Great place to gather.

When you first drive up you think oh my what have I done. It's one of those 60s motels. But when you get into your room. They have been nicely remodeled. What s nice surprise.

First time being there was good, close to food, gas and race track.. beds were great!!, kitchen light was brun out and the TV remote didn't work correctly.. sound proofing the room could help with outside noise.. well its not the Hilton.. if just need to just a stay over and hit the road the next day.. this is the place for the price...

The room was very clean, however the cleaner was very strongly scented.( I think fabuloso) This is a personal problem with strong cleaning materials, so not a wrongdoing on their part, just preference on mine. Sheets and bedding and towels were clean, the bed comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep, this is perfect. Nice price point, clean, and felt safe the whole stay.

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet

This is a reasonably priced, clean, fairly quiet place along the main drag near everything in Richland. I was given a "handicapped" room but had to make coffee on the floor because no outlets available near refrigerator and microwave. And no hooks to hang tote bags (except in bathroom). No shelf near sink in bathroom either.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I wish I had them at home. The room was quite basic. No counterspace in the bathroom and no magnifying mirror. The room didn't have an iron, so my clothes that I thought I would be able to iron when I got there remained wrinkled from the flight. Light was visible around the entry door and there wasn't a safety mechanism for the door like most rooms. I propped a chair in front of the door. The room was very clean and it appeared to have been recently upgraded. The TV was not hooked up to cable, and I had to plug the cable line in myself which was really odd. I could hear the people next to me when they walked across the faux wood floors. Overall, it was okay but not worth the price I was charged.
