"Overall, good stay, clean hotel in good location. Pretty noisy calling system, elevators need some work. Likely to stay there again on the next trip to New York."

"Overall the stay was good. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was the AC unit could not get the room below 70 degrees. Being next door to the grand central station has its positives and negatives and you should do your research. We would stay again."

"An amazing experience. We had an issue with our first room where the bathroom door was loose. I called the front desk and they switched rooms immediately, with an upgrade as well. Amazing breakfast with the nicest waitress ever and delicious food. Staff were so informative and helpful. Will be staying here again on my next trip here!"
