"Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty."

Convient location! New condo, with garage

"Overall, very nice condo. The townhome condo is so new that a few things still need to be installed, there’s a hanging wire for kitchen exhaust, there’s no towel bar or hand towel ring, and there are two bed still half done. The Chinese food in Richmond Hill is excellent with many choices. Hope the condo get more ready soon. Shower is not warm, but heating is excellent. There are many mirrors around the condo, a little too many. Thank you for sharing the vacation home with us. "

Brand new property

"Property was nice as it was new. Definitely some kinks as they were setting up this new listing. The host was decently prompt in responding to messages. Host was kind to accommodate more beds than what was listed. Didn’t have any paper towels which was inconvenient. The unit is in a new development so it wasn’t the easiest to access. Otherwise it was a nice place, well furnished and decent bedding."

THE BEST PLACE

"My boyfriend and I stayed in this VRBO and I can say that this is even better than the pictures. This is an amazing place to stay in the heart of where authentic Asian foods are. Toronto is beautiful and the Richmond Hill area is so clean and has much to offer. If I really wanted to, I could have stayed in this VRBO my entire trip and would have been just fine doing so, such a beautiful home and friendly people! "

Amazing Spacious house in heart of Richmond hill

Perfect!

"This was a perfect place for 6 adults as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. If there were a 4th couple the 3rd bathroom would have needed to be shared as the 4th bathroom was downstairs and did not have a shower. The kitchen did not have a lot of cooking pans/utensils but we were able to make some excellent breakfasts with what was there!! It was a very comfortable space! "
