The management would not let us change rooms due to a full hotel but did waive that resort fee. The hotel staff was nice but understaffed for how busy the resort was. "

Front desk was not helpful finding restaurants. Clientele was mixed. Walls were thin and we got no sleep the last night as our neighbor was up all night. There were people running up and down the halls. Do not recommend. "
