"Good breakfast, clean rooms , very helpful staff"

"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune system. My toilet was running as well which I could hear all night. Over priced for what you get. "

"The property was great although there was a generator across the street that buzzed all night and some of my family members could not sleep. "

"The indoor pool was not heated as advertised The outdoor pool was frigid! Beach renovation was 24 hrs if noise and backup warning sounds on the heavy equipment The room’s floors were never washed or vacuumed for the 8 days we were there and haseboards etc were filthy. I even cleaned the toilet while the housekeeper’s long hair was left in the shower Food from Cafe Blue was less than average In general, the resort did not meet expectations of previous Hilton stays. "

"it should be expected that a mid-price hotel would be lacking things like restaurant, a fitness/exercise area. But the general condition of the rooms shouldn't be poor; our bathroom had a toilet handle that was dangling, there was no stopper for the bathroom sink, and as a result even without one, the water easily backed up. the bathtub/shower enclosure seems to have been recaulked in areas by a 6 year old. Additionally, parking is via valet only, at $30/night. The room itself was acceptable and clean."

"The ice machine on our floor never had ice. The pool was closed for the last 2 days before we left for cleaning. The gym bathroom was not well kept and staff was notified 2 days in a row. Each room should have had mini fridges and it only had a bucket for ice which I had to go to another floor to get."

"Front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were very clean. Area was walkable. They do have a shuttle but radius is limited so we didn’t use it. We did have drinks at the bar which were reasonable. We’d definitely stay there again if in the area. "
