I had already driven an hour away and instead of me having to return to the hotel, they packaged my items and shipped them to my home. Many other hotels would have kept the items. I will always be grateful to Nathan at the front desk. He was so helpful and kind to us. Thank you so much, Microtel Inn!!!"
