"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. "My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. "
