"Room was filthy and bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Had we not been dead tired, we would have left to find other accommodations. I must say, we stayed there a month ago and had no issues."

"The room was very clean. Upon arrival you can smell the freshness in the room. The entire property is clean.However, not once but twice, had to wait for a lengthy time for the front desk staff to show up, upon arrival and the day of check out. I requested late check out, from 11am to 12am, an hour , but was not granted because I am not a loyalty member, not sure if that’s the term. The front desk staff said he couldn’t grant my request because they have a large group coming in , however, if I was a member It would’ve been granted. Clearly they don’t care much about non members. Other than that , the cleanliness, which is what I care about the most, gets a 12/10"
